Удивительное время года осень, если рассматривать с символической стороны. Серп и коса – жатва, урожай, но с другой стороны это символы смерти, когда природа угасает, жизнь засыпает до весны. А значит, в это время года не следует начинать что либо. Не зря же говорят, цыплят по осени считают, смысл этих слов в том, что осенью подводятся итоги года.
Осенью лучше делать запасы, как в плане продуктов питания, так и в плане финансов, то есть рекомендуется отложить на черный день определенную сумму. У нас ведь в России всего можно ожидать, особенно под Новый год. А по продуктам после осеннего равноденствия можно начинать квасить капусту, заготавливать другие соленья на зиму.

Праздник обычно заканчивается распевкой «Интернационала», находясь лицом, в каком ни будь салате.
Некоторые поднимают унылое осеннее настроение глинтвейном, который варится следующим образом: в кипящую воду наваливают разные специи, обязательно наличие корицы. После того, как отвар настоится, добавьте в него красное вино, сахар и кусочки фруктов (обязательно апельсин и кислое яблоко). Поставьте это снова на медленный огонь и ни в коем случае не давайте закипеть вареву. Как только всё это станет горячи – глинтвейн готов! Его пьют сразу горячим. Некоторые добавляют немного рома перед употреблением.
Можно отправиться в магазины и собрать то, что осталось из летнего прикида, уверяю вас вам это не встанет дорого, ибо у них там теперь распродажа летних товаров. Вспомните пословицу про летние сани и зимнюю телегу.

Some raise a dull autumn mood with mulled wine, which is brewed as follows: various spices are piled into boiling water, cinnamon is required. After the broth is infused, add red wine, sugar and pieces of fruit (an orange and a sour apple are required). Put it back on a slow fire and in no case let the brew boil. As soon as all this becomes hot - mulled wine is ready! It is drunk immediately hot. Some people add a little rum before drinking.
