The camera is amazing, well worth the money! The Wi-Fi function is especially pleasing: take a photo and immediately send it to your mobile device or tablet. There is a possibility to connect to the Internet, but you won't be able to travel on its expanses, only upload fresh photos and videos to social networks. You can also remotely control the camera via Wi-Fi. As for the quality of photos and video, for its price it is on top. I use it often. I have already dropped it from a normal height - no problems, so you can safely take it.

Advantages Samsung ST151F: Compact size. Ability to charge the battery via microUSB port. High quality video recording with good sound - these are the main reasons why I chose this device. Convenient, though difficult to set up Wi-Fi. Lots of preset modes for shooting. Smart mode works well, probably due to lucky settings. With a fixed zoom (without movement), the quality of shooting is acceptable. Colors are transferred quite well. The flash is long-range, given its size. Excellent customer service.
Disadvantages Samsung ST151F: The rating for the camera is three. 16 MP is certainly good, but it's a stretch to say that there's only 5 MP here, like Canon's. When using the zoom, the video loses focus of the image. When you stop the zoom, the picture fluctuates, but the focus is not restored. In photo mode there is a lot of noise, about 60% of pictures are rejected. With a tripod the situation improves a little. On the Internet the device is often perceived as an undesirable object.
I bought this device in addition to an action camera for hiking, to be able to charge it from solar panels. So if it sinks, I won't be too upset. The unit is very delicate and fragile, but the service has saved it twice - warranty and insurance work. Despite all precautions, the unit still slipped out of my hands and fell on the rocks with the lens open. It can't be repaired, but insurance covers everything.
Advantages: fashionable, stylish, beautiful - and that's it!
Disadvantages of Samsung ST151F: poor photo quality, difficulties with Wi-Fi connection, not suitable for beginner photographers. Photos in semi-darkness without flash - do not even try. During shooting you have to cover the microphone with four fingers.
Bought a Samsung ST151F and returned it back after two days. Good thing they took it back! Took photos in different conditions, but nothing worked, maybe good pictures will only get with a tripod. Good thing I didn't try it or I wouldn't have gotten the product back because of the scratches. Such soapboxes are better to buy in a store, and not to order online, where "problems" may occur after the purchase.
