Должностная инструкция организатора детского лагеря
1. Общие положения.
На должность организатора культурно-массовых мероприятий назначаются лица, работающие на должности педагога, педагога-организатора, учителя и т.д. В своей деятельности организатор культурно-массовых мероприятий руководствуется следующими законодательными, правовыми и локальными актами:
- Трудовым кодексом РФo 197-Ф3 от30. 12.2001 г.; Положением о службе охраны труда в системе Минобразования (приказ Минобр. No 92 от 27.02.1995 г.);
- Положением о расследовании несчастных случаев (приказ Минобр. No 378 от 25.03 1996 г.);
- РД «Охрана труда в ОУ»;
- Правилами внутреннего трудового распорядка;
- Планом основных мероприятий по улучшению условий и охраны труда;
- Инструкциями по действиям в чрезвычайных ситуациях;
- Правилами противопожарной безопасности.
2. Обязанности организатора культурно-массовых мероприятий.
2.1. Организатор по культурно-массовым мероприятиям обязан:
обеспечить безопасные и здоровые условия пребывания детей во время организации и проведения различных мероприятий, конкурсов и т. д.;
предупреждать рискованные действия детей, которые могут привести к травмированию самого ребенка и окружающих его людей;
постоянно контролировать ситуацию в любых местах возможного нахождения детей в лагере;
проводить профилактическую работу с детьми, а также с их родителями по предупреждению детского травматизма.
2.2. Организатор культурно-массовым организаци по безопасности и контроль состояния рабочих мест во время по
мероприятиям осуществляет проведения массовых мероприятий.
2.3. Организационно-планирующая деятельность организатора по культурномассовым мероприятиям включает в себя:
составление плана работы и мероприятий по обеспечению охраны труда детей и санитарно-гигиенических условий во время массовых мероприятий;
составление занятий правилам безопасности сценариев, планов тренингов жизнедеятельности, а также организовывать их проведение;
вносит предложения по улучшению условий проведения массовых мероприятий, приостанавливает проведение мероприятий, сопряженных с опасностью для жизни и здоровья, а также доводит до сведения начальника лагеря о недостатках в работе лагеря, снижающих жизнедеятельность и работоспособность детей.
2.4. Контролирующая деятельность включает в себя:
постоянный контроль за состоянием ограждений опасных мест (стекол, электророзеток, спортивных снарядов, лестничных клеток, надежности крепления шкафов и полок);
контроль и предупреждение опасных ситуаций во время проведения культурномассовых мероприятий;
контролирование возникновения чрезвычайных ситуаций;
контролирование состояния здоровья детей при проведении культурно-массовых мероприятий на воздухе.
2.5. Профилактическая деятельность включает в себя:
различные педагогические приемы закрепления навыков поведения в различных жизненных ситуациях через включение эмоциональной сферы и детского творчества.
2.6. При организации экскурсий, выездов, походов:
воспитывает у детей чувство личной ответственности за соблюдение правил техники безопасности и пожарной безопасности, правил дорожного движения, поведения на улице и т. д.
3. Правила безопасности и охраны труда.
3.1. Организатор по культурно-массовым мероприятиям обязан выполнять только те функции и работу, которые предписаны данной должностной инструкцией, невыполнение или выполнение функций, не оговоренных в данной должностной инструкции, наказываются согласно Трудовому кодексу.
3.2. Разовые письменные или устные указания начальника лагеря выполняются только в том случае, если порученная работа не несет за собой скрытой опасности или не влечет за собой непредсказуемых последствий. В противном случае организатор по культурно-массовым мероприятиям несет ответственность за произошедшее вплоть до уголовной ответственности.
3.3. Организатор по культурно-массовым мероприятиям должен знать и уметы применять на практике:
правила противопожарной безопасности;
правила электробезопасности;
правила санитарии и гигиены;
правила оказания первой доврачебной помощи;
действия при эвакуации при чрезвычайных ситуациях;
при необходимости вызвать скорую помощь;
сообщить начальнику лагеря о случившемся, написать объяснение обстоятельств несчастного случая, указать очевидцев случившегося;
сохранять расположение предметов и место, где произошел несчастный случай, для расследования, исключение составляют только представляют опасность для окружающих людей.
4. Ответственность организатора по культурно-массовым мероприятиям.
4.1. Организатор по культурно-массовым мероприятиям лагеря несет ответственность за выполнение санитарно-гигиенических норм, правил безопасности жизнедеятельности, пожарной и электробезопасности.
5.2. Организатор лагеря культурно-массовым мероприятиям несет с организацией ответственность за принимаемые решения, связанные деятельности детей и подростков в рамках программы лагеря.
5.3. Организатор по культурно-массовым мероприятиям несет персональную ответственность за безопасность жизнедеятельности детей и подростков во время проведения занятий, мероприятий.
5.4. Организатор по культурно-массовым мероприятиям лагеря несет персональную ответственность перед начальником лагеря за своевременность исполнения обязанностей, возложенных на инструкцией.

2. Duties of the organizer of cultural events.
2.1. The organizer of cultural events is obliged to:

to prevent risky actions of children that may lead to injury to the child and the people around him;
constantly monitor the situation in any places where children may be in the camp;
carry out preventive work with children, as well as with their parents to prevent child injuries.
2.2. The organizer of the cultural and mass organization for safety and control of the condition of workplaces during the
events carries out mass events.
2.3. Organizational and planning activities of the organizer for cultural and mass events include:
drawing up a work plan and measures to ensure the safety of children and sanitary and hygienic conditions during mass events;
preparation of safety training scenarios, life training plans, as well as to organize their conduct;
makes proposals to improve the conditions for holding mass events, suspends holding events that pose a danger to life and health, and also informs the head of the camp about shortcomings in the work of the camp that reduce the vital activity and working capacity of children.
2.4. The controlling activity includes:
constant monitoring of the condition of fences of dangerous places (glasses, power sockets, sports equipment, stairwells, reliability of fastening of cabinets and shelves);
control and prevention of dangerous situations during cultural mass events;
monitoring the occurrence of emergency situations;
monitoring the health status of children during cultural events in the open air.
2.5. Preventive activities include:
various pedagogical techniques for consolidating behavioral skills in various life situations through the inclusion of the emotional sphere and children's creativity.
2.6. When organizing excursions, trips, hikes:
educates children with a sense of personal responsibility for compliance with safety and fire safety rules, traffic rules, behavior on the street, etc.
3. Safety and labor protection rules.
3.1. The organizer of cultural events is obliged to perform only those functions and work that are prescribed by this job description, non-performance or performance of functions not specified in this job description are punished according to the Labor Code.
3.2. One-time written or oral instructions of the head of the camp are carried out only if the assigned work does not entail hidden danger or does not entail unpredictable consequences. Otherwise, the organizer of cultural events is responsible for what happened up to criminal liability.
3.3. The organizer of cultural events should know and apply the following signs in practice:
fire safety rules;
electrical safety rules;
rules of sanitation and hygiene;
rules of first aid;
emergency evacuation actions;
if necessary, call an ambulance;
inform the head of the camp about the incident, write an explanation of the circumstances of the accident, indicate the eyewitnesses of the incident;
save the location of objects and the place where the accident occurred for investigation, with the exception of only pose a danger to the surrounding people.
4. Responsibility of the organizer for cultural events.
4.1. The organizer of cultural events of the camp is responsible for the implementation of sanitary and hygienic standards, rules of life safety, fire and electrical safety.

The driver, out of fear, almost lost control and drove into a ditch. It turned out that one of the relatives was noticeably for the driver, but he got into the salon right behind the driver and fell asleep. That is, the driver of this relative was absolutely not visible behind the partition, he quietly slept there most of the way, which is about 1.5 hours, and when he woke up, he decided to ask if it was still far to go.
