Не в смысле, что зачем вообще взялись за это дело, а какую функцию будет выполнять ваш сайт в вашем деле.
Точно сформулированная цель поможет разработчикам сайта создать нужный сайт, чтобы потом не было претензий от клиента, мол, я вовсе не такое ожидал увидеть!
Некоторые предполагают, что создание сайта начинается с дизайна площадки. Это не так, дизайн это всего лишь один из этапов работы над сайтом. Сайт как растение в саду, пока оно маленькое его нужно окучивать и заботиться, и только потом он станет приносить плоды.
