Download the instructions and read the description. Inexpensive camera with standard features for shooting photos and videos. The quality of photos is average, and they are especially bad in the dark. The device takes a long time to "think" when performing any actions, but for its price it is quite acceptable.

Works on finger batteries, which last about 30 minutes of continuous work (which I consider normal). It does not come with a memory card, it must be purchased separately. Based on all of the above, I would recommend spending more money on a better camera from a well-known manufacturer. This camera is a waste of money.

I was choosing a camera among many models in the sub-$100 price range. This camera was the most suitable for my needs. However, it has some disadvantages such as poor night photography. This camera is perfect for everyday outdoor and indoor shooting, but it is not good for shooting distant objects at night because of the grainy image.

Disadvantages of the FujiFilm FinePix AV100:

The battery cover is flimsy, but with careful use it won't break;

the body is beautiful, but thin and light (my previous Sony was stronger and heavier); strong noise and poor color rendition at dusk;

large amount of memory occupied by video files;

long getting used to the unusual controls and switching shooting modes;

loud optical zoom, which is turned off when shooting video;

very fragile display, prone to damage in case of careless handling (it is recommended to buy a film for the display at once);

there is no AV cable in the package (only USB, disk and manual with strap);

maximum shooting time of one clip in HD is 16 minutes;

the camera requires good batteries with high capacity for stable operation;

no autofocus illumination, which makes it difficult to focus in the dark;

digital stabilization only in the menu, with no real stabilization function;

no autofocus when shooting video, the focus is always set to infinity;

when connected to the computer is defined as a device, not removable disk, which leads to slow file transfer speed and takes up a lot of space on the computer, so it is recommended to use a card reader.

Despite these shortcomings, I believe that the price of 2500 rubles makes this camera a good choice for everyday use.

I am happy with my choice of camera, which I purchased at an affordable price and consider it suitable for everyday use. The camera comes with the camera itself and a cable to connect to a computer. It runs on finger batteries, which is a plus, as they can easily be purchased in any store.The camera looks stylish and is available in several colors, but in my case it is black. It has the bare minimum of features needed for everyday use and is easy to use.The photos during the day are pretty good, but at night you have to try harder to get a good shot. There is also a video recording feature, which is limited to 12 minutes in HD, regardless of the memory card capacity. The camera does a good job and justifies its price. This camera is perfect for regular users who are looking for a simple and affordable camera.

Greetings everyone! Today I want to tell you about the Fujifilm FinePix AV100 digital camera. This camera was given to me for my birthday. It is perfect for shooting home parties, matinees and traveling. The quality of photos is good, but the night shooting leaves a lot to be desired - sometimes the photos turn out blurry. However, there is an automatic mode and the ability to select different shooting modes. Thanks to this camera I learned how to take photos and decided to buy something better. I ended up choosing the FUJIFILM FinePix s2950 and wrote a review on it. I recommend this camera to anyone who appreciates value for money and for family photos.

The advantages of the FujiFilm FinePix AV100:

affordable price;

a variety of shooting modes, including the ability to shoot panoramas;

decent photo quality both outdoors and with flash;

FujiFilm FinePix AV100 disadvantages:

large size of photos (even when set to 3 megapixels, the size of the photo is 1.5 MB, and at the maximum resolution of 12 megapixels - 5.5 MB);fast discharge of batteries (cheap batteries are enough for about 10 photos, and 2400 mAh batteries after a full charge work only for a day);blurred photos when using zoom and in some shooting modes.

I bought this camera as an addition to the main camera to do small walks, when you do not want to take a bulky camera. For the price, the camera was very good. The photos may not be perfect, sometimes they get noisy or blurry, but overall it's fine. I tried shooting in different modes and resolutions and came to the conclusion that it is better to use 3MP instead of 12MP. At 12MP you can see noise, blurriness and color distortion, while at 3MP everything is smoothed out. The size of the photo is reduced, but the speed of viewing and processing of photos is increased.

Advantages of FujiFilm FinePix AV100:

Very low price.

Simple and easy to use interface with example settings for photos.

HD video is not bad quality.

Note that digital zoom is enabled in the settings when you buy it, so go to the video settings section and set the optical zoom. Photos are of excellent quality, with good detail and natural color reproduction. Edges are a bit blurry, aberrations are virtually non-existent. On a bright sunny day there may be a little moiré on small details, but it only improves detail and is imperceptible to the inexperienced viewer. Distortion corresponds to the characteristics of the lens. Battery or rechargeable power is convenient when traveling, when there is no access to chargers, and batteries can be bought at any kiosk. Disadvantages of the FujiFilm FinePix AV100:

Weak flash, suitable only for shooting in small rooms.

Noisy sensor (as in all soapboxes of this class).

The lens is not strong enough.

However, for such a low price, these disadvantages are not significant.

This camera is an honest and reliable choice. One of them was given to a colleague on his anniversary (it has already become a tradition). The previous AV100 also works without any complaints. This sample is distinguished by the best quality of color reproduction, naturalness of shades. Surprisingly fast focusing, especially when recording HD video. The simplicity and user-friendliness of the interface, especially with comments and sample photos, was highly appreciated. Comparing photos from my Samsung WB600 with photos from this device, one begins to wonder whether it was worth overpaying 6000 rubles just for a 15x zoom, which is not always needed. Good performance in all modes. High image quality and affordable cost. Accurate white balance. Lens with good aperture performance. Effective operation of the flash and red-eye reduction. User-friendly menu.

Disadvantages of FujiFilm FinePix AV100: considering all the above advantages and the cost of 2000 rubles, the disadvantages become insignificant. Was looking for a compact camera for my daughter. The main requirements - light weight and size (so SLR cameras, pseudo-serial and ultrazooms were excluded) and reliable automation. I myself shoot with a Nikon D90 DSLR and have a good understanding of the theory of photography. Most salesmen don't know about such characteristics as aperture, wide angle lens, white balance and sensor size, and focus on the number of megapixels. I tried a lot of models in the price range from 2 to 10 thousand, and most of them produced blurry and poor quality photos with distorted color reproduction. However, this model demonstrated excellent image quality in all modes when tested in a darkened room. Download the user manual.
