Since childhood, I have noticed in myself a passion for capturing moments and a desire to preserve in memory (and not only) different events of my life. I collect tickets from movies and theater, fabric bracelets from festivals, postcards from travels. All these things remind me of the beautiful moments of my life. I pay special attention to photos, but photos from my phone don't bring me much pleasure, as I will hardly revisit 100 shots taken during my vacation abroad. That's when I had the idea to buy an instant print camera to get unique and valuable shots that I can revisit often. I chose this camera for a reason: at the time of purchase, it was one of the most professional of all Instax models. That being said, the Instax Mini 90 is one of the most expensive cameras, but considering its capabilities, I think the price is justified. I bought this camera in an online hypermarket, but I know that there are official Fujifilm stores in many cities.

Let's take a look at the functions of the camera. You can activate macro mode. You can adjust the brightness of the frame. You can activate the 10-second timer, which takes 1 or 2 photos (the shutter fires about 3 seconds after the first frame). You can turn the flash on or off, and activate the red-eye removal function.

Use the Mode button to switch between modes Fujifilm INSTAX MINI 90:

Party - for shooting at slower shutter speeds to make the background brighter;

Kids - for capturing fast-moving subjects;

Landscape - all self-explanatory;

Double Exposure mode - for superimposing two shots on top of each other;

Manual Shutter B - the lens shutter stays open the entire time the shutter release button is pressed (you'll need a tripod to make good use of this feature).

There is an on/off button on the front panel, a shutter button on the right side top panel, and a small mirror for selfies. The camera can take both vertical and horizontal pictures.

Here are tips for use Fujifilm INSTAX MINI 90:

Do not take photos against sunlight.

Do not take pictures without a flash in dark rooms or outdoors in the evening, or the pictures may appear black.

If you accidentally open the frame compartment, don't throw away the film immediately. In my case, only the first frame was exposed, which I "snapped" and used the rest of the frames to create photos.

Use a tripod to create photos in manual shutter speed mode.

Do not take selfies with your arm outstretched.

The film is designed specifically for Mini cameras. You can buy it in specialized stores or order it on Chinese websites, where it costs half as much, but the quality remains the same as in our stores.

I've long been a fan of instant photo printing, but I only recently purchased the camera itself. At the time of writing this review, I've been using it for about two years now. The camera is easy to use and has few modes, but all of them are necessary to create great pictures. The device itself is made in a classic strict design, presented in brown color with silver elements. Films are sold by 10 pieces in a package, and the camera is usually inserted into the cassette for 10 frames. Once the cassette is inserted, the protective film comes out and the screen displays the number of frames remaining. The battery charge lasts a long time, I've only charged it a few times in two years of use. The only disadvantage for me is the cost of consumables, but it pays off in the quality of shots. The camera has several modes of operation, all of them are clear and described in the manual. Most often I use macro mode for portraits and landscape mode for group photos or nature shooting. I also want to add that I store photos made on this camera in a special album, which is very convenient. In conclusion, I am very satisfied with this camera.

I use it infrequently, because the cartridges are expensive, and I try not to spend them on things I don't consider important or beautiful enough. On the official Instax website, a pack of 10 cartridges costs 690 rubles, and a pack of 20 cartridges costs 1290 rubles. About the same prices in stores, for example, in "Eldorado" and "MVideo", plus you don't have to pay for delivery. But it's still expensive, especially considering the instant printing and unpredictability of the results. It's a shame if the photo turns out to be a failure, and you've already spent the card. Of course, there's the other side of the coin: you catch the moment, and you don't have the opportunity to fix or retouch anything. Photos reflect life, real moments, and it adds a special atmosphere. I like the design of the Mini 90, it looks more solid than other models that seem childish and toy-like. The camera comes with a strap, which is quite stiff and twisting. You need to buy a case separately. The camera is small and light. But the cards are also small, so it's hard to see details. Of course, I knew about the small size before buying it, but somehow I hoped it wouldn't be so noticeable. Shooting modes can be found in the manual, and it took me a while to figure it out (given my modest experience in photography).

I love instant photos and the Instax Mini 90 is my trusty companion that is always there for me. When it's off, it's compact and fits easily into a small bag. I now own three instant cameras: the Instax Mini 8, Instax Wide 300 and Instax Mini 90. In answer to the question "Why so many?", I'll say that I want to sell two of them. When I was choosing an instant print camera, I couldn't find comparisons between them on the internet, so I hesitated for a long time and first bought the Instax Wide 300, which I later found too bulky. Then I bought an Instax Mini 90, deciding later to sell the first one. Then I won an Instax Mini 8 in a photo contest.Let's take a look at these cameras and choose the one that is right for you (my choice is the Instax Mini 90). From left to right: Instax Wide 300, Instax Mini 90, Instax Mini 8. They look like they were made in different eras: the classic look of the far two on the left and the childish or girly cheerful yellow Mini 8 on the right. So, you need to determine what's most important to you: the look of the camera, its size, or its price? Or do you want a lot of features? (or all at once)It is clear that a man will not buy a yellow Instax Mini 8 (but he can choose black - there are several colors available), rather he will choose Wide 300. Or a teenager might not be comfortable running around with the Wide 300, and the Mini 90 might not be affordable. Now my complaints, which I think other owners of such cameras will agree with. Everything about the Instax Mini 90 is great - the look and size, but the cost of the film is disappointing. It's clear that I'm not going to take a hundred photos in a row, but 950 rubles for 20 frames - how? I give five stars to this camera, but I would like to lower the rating for the high cost.

Hello, I purchased an Instax Mini 90 camera in hopes of preserving memories of important moments in my life. It does its job perfectly, providing high quality images when used correctly. The Instax Mini 90 manual describes everything in detail: what, why, how to use it, and in what situations to use the different modes. The best pictures are taken in cloudy weather and indoors, in bright sunlight they can get backlit or too dark. The camera is not heavy and easily fits in a small bag, which allows you to take it with you on long trips. However, the Instax Mini 90 has two disadvantages: high price and small photo size. The first point may require some financial expenses, but it should be taken into account that such cameras are usually not cheap, and their film is not the cheapest either. As for the size of the photos, it's a matter of taste. I like small pictures, but if the size of the photos is important to you, you may prefer a larger format model.

Instax Mini 90 Neo Classic - instant print camera review and comparison with other models. Why Mini 90?When choosing an instant print camera, it is important to consider its features and characteristics. All instant cameras are divided into classic (manufactured before 2000) and modern (manufactured to this day). Another important principle of classification is the size of the photos (frame size). Instax Mini 90 is a modern camera with a small frame size (5 x 9 cm or "business card"). It is the most top and advanced model in the Instax lineup, the so-called "flagship". The camera has a pleasant retro design, referring to the iconic film cameras of the past with mechanical construction, good iron body and brown leather covers. The model is called "Neo Classic", which means "new classic", modern electronic but with a touch of retro aesthetics. The Mini 90 supports portrait and landscape shooting, has automatic and manual exposure compensation, is equipped with a standard built-in Fujinon f=60mm lens, programmable xenon flash, self-timer, tripod mount, and is powered by a rechargeable lithium-ion battery (Li-ion battery). When choosing an instant camera, it's worth looking at other models that are close in features. Mini 90 has three main competitors: the younger model Instax 70, almost full analog from German brand Leica - Sofort model and LOMO'Instant Automat line of cameras with interchangeable lenses. For easy comparison of characteristics we have systematized them in the table.
