Требования оздоровительно - воспитательного лагеря для родителей

1.1. Основные положения:
- в лагерь принимаются дети в возрасте с 9 до 15 лет;
- в период пребывания в лагере Ваш ребенок будет получать воспитание на основе социальных норм поведения в обществе;
- все дети должны выполнять правила внутреннего распорядка;
- в случае невыполнения внутренних правил, администрация лагеря имеет право на досрочную отправку Вашего ребенка домой;
- при распределении детей в корпуса, учитываются возрастные особенности.

1.2. Родители имеют право:
- получать достоверную информацию о режиме дня, учебно-воспитательной программе и условиях проживания;
- представлять и защищать интересы своего ребенка в установленном законом порядке;
- оказывать согласованную с администрацией лагеря помощь в организации работы лагеря.

1.3. Обязанности родителей:
- доставить ребенка в лагерь в день заезда;
- своевременно вносить родительский взнос за путевку и предоставить требуемую документацию;
- обеспечить ребенка головным убором, одеждой (повседневной, спортивной и ветровкой), обувью по погоде (повседневной и спортивной);
- заранее информировать воспитателя в письменном виде (заявление на имя начальника лагеря) о планируемом отсутствии ребенка в лагере по семейным обстоятельствам с указанием срока отсутствия;
- в случае отсутствия ребенка в лагере свыше срока, указанного в заявлении, информировать воспитателя или начальника лагеря о причине отсутствия;
- проводить с ребенком беседы о технике безопасности, ПДД, соблюдении правил поведения в общественных местах и беспрекословном выполнении всех требований воспитателей в рамках внутреннего порядка лагеря.

1.4. Родителям запрещается:
- находиться на территории лагеря и в детских корпусах без разрешения воспитателей;
- самовольно увозить ребенка домой без предупреждения администрации лагеря (предоставить заявление);
- противоречить решению воспитателей (тем более спорить с ними в присутствии ребенка) по вопросу устройства детей;
- приносить и оставлять ребенку запрещенные администрацией лагеря продукты (газированные лимонады, колбасные изделия, фрукты и овощи (если принесете, ребенок должен их съесть в тот же день), выпечки, которые быстро портятся) и т.д.

Сотовые телефоны детей будут храниться у старшего воспитателя. Дети будут иметь возможность два раза в неделю (в середине и конце) или же при необходимости позвонить родителям. При этом в лагере постоянно будет работать дежурный телефон.

Уважаемые родители! При соблюдении вышеперечисленных требований с Вашей стороны, результат воспитательной и оздоровительной деятельности лагеря будет намного выше. Поэтому будьте всегда бдительными и к каждой вещи относитесь с ответственностью.

1.1. Main provisions:

1.3. Responsibilities of parents:
- deliver the child to the camp on the day of arrival;
- timely pay the parental fee for the voucher and provide the required documentation;
- provide the child with a hat, clothes (casual, sports and windbreaker), shoes for the weather (casual and sports);
- inform the educator in writing in advance (an application addressed to the head of the camp) about the planned absence of the child in the camp for family reasons, indicating the period of absence;
- if the child is absent from the camp for more than the period specified in the application, inform the educator or the head of the camp about the reason for the absence;
- conduct conversations with the child about safety, traffic regulations, compliance with the rules of behavior in public places and unquestioning compliance with all the requirements of educators within the internal order of the camp.

1.4. Parents are prohibited from:
- stay on the territory of the camp and in children's buildings without the permission of educators;
- to take the child home without warning to the camp administration (submit an application);
- contradict the decision of the educators (especially to argue with them in the presence of the child) on the issue of the arrangement of children;
- bring and leave products prohibited by the camp administration to the child (carbonated lemonades, sausages, fruits and vegetables (if you bring them, the child must eat them on the same day), pastries that spoil quickly), etc.

The children's cell phones will be kept by the senior tutor. Children will have the opportunity twice a week (in the middle and at the end) or, if necessary, to call their parents. At the same time, a telephone on duty will always work in the camp.
