Должностные обязанности медицинского работника детского оздоровительного лагеря.
Систематически наблюдает за состоянием здоровья детей, особенно за детьми с отклонениями в состоянии здоровья (группа щадящего режима):
Распределяет детей по отрядам с учетом вида заболевания;
Готовит информацию для начальника детского оздоровительного лагеря, вожатых, спортивных инструкторов и учителя здоровья о состоянии здоровья детей, рекомендуемом режиме для детей с отклонениями в состоянии здоровья;
Проводит ежедневно амбулаторный прием c целью оказания медицинской помощи заболевшим; активно выявляет заболевших детей, своевременно их изолирует; при возникновении несчастных случаев оказывает первую медицинскую помощь и осуществляет транспортировку в ближайший стационар;
Осуществляет контроль за организацией питания детей; качеством поступающих продуктов, условиями их хранения, соблюдения сроков реализации, технологией приготовления, качеством готовой пищи, санитарным состоянием пищеблока, мытьём посуды; Осуществляет систематический контроль за санитарным состоянием и содержанием всех помещений и территории пришкольного лагеря, за соблюдением привил личной гигиены детьми и персоналом;
Принимает активное участие в организации здоровья, физкультурно-оздоровительных мероприятиях;
Осуществляет медицинский контроль: за организацией физического воспитания детей, за состоянием и содержанием мест занятий физической культурой; наблюдает за правильным проведением мероприятий по физической культуре в зависимости от пола и состояния здоровья детей;
Осуществляет систематический контроль за проведением оздоровительных мероприятий, в том числе закаливающих процедур - воздушные и солнечные ванны, купание и др.;
Участвует в подготовке туристских походов, прогулок, экскурсий (осмотр детей, ознакомление с маршрутом, местами отдыха, проверка одежды, обуви, наличия головных уборов, санитарной сумки), проводит беседы о режиме в походе;
Ведет медицинскую документацию. Периодически контролировать надежность крепления шкафов и полок, защищенность электророзеток, стекол, дверей от удара головой, недоступность влезания детей на подоконники, ограждения на лестничные клетки. Периодически осуществлять контроль за использованием колющих и режущих предметов. Контролировать электробезопасность имеющихся в группе ТСО (видео и аудиоаппаратура, фильмоскопов, состояние изоляции шнура около вилки и др.). Контролировать освещенность рабочих мест и обеспечить норматив (300 люкс).
На участке контролировать отсутствие опасных предметов на участке во время прогулок и подвижных игр (битое стекло, доски с гвоздями, острые предметы), очищать территорию участка от таких предметов. Проверить крепления малых форм и игровых устройств.
Контроль за обувью и одеждой детей: обувь не должна иметь скользкую подошву, одежда должна соответствовать температуре среды пребывания ребенка, в солнечную летнюю погоду нужно защищать голову ребенка головным убором, при обувании детей необходимо контролировать исправность застежек и креплений, отсутствие длинных шнурков, могущих привести к падению ребенка во время движения.
Меры безопасности при организации подвижных игр и соревнований. Убрать на игровой площадке режущие, колющие, посторонние предмет.; Обувь детей должна быть спортивной, не допускать обувь на скользкой подошве. Не допускать столкновения детей при беге, бросания друг другу предметов иных, кроме мячей. Не допускать шалостей при выполнении групповых упражнений и игр с быстрыми перемещениями. При проведении занятий на спортивной площадке исключать падения детей на асфальт. Подвижные игры проводить только на мягком грунте. Прыжковую яму очищать от посторонних предметов. Контролировать физическую нагрузку детей в соответствии с медицинскими нормами.
При организации детского труда на участке осуществлять контроль за сельскохозяйственным оборудованием и хранением его в специально отведенном месте. Предупреждать порезы рук детей всякими острыми инородными предметами. Не допускать размахивания инвентарем и других шалостей. Предупреждать засорение глаз в ветреную погоду (не допускать пересыпания или бросания землей на уровне глаз ребенка).
При организации экскурсий, выездов, походов проводить инструктаж по поведению на природе, в лесу, у водоемов. Группу детей вести вдвоем, при переход дороги перекрывать движение транспорта жестами регулировщика дорожного движения жезлом или флажком. Предупреждать питье воды из непредусмотренных для этого источников и водоемов.

Carries out systematic control over the conduct of recreational activities, including tempering procedures - air and sun baths, bathing, etc.;
Participates in the preparation of hiking trips, walks, excursions (inspection of children, familiarization with the route, places of rest, checking clothes, shoes, availability of hats, sanitary bags), conducts conversations about the regime in the campaign;
Maintains medical records. Periodically monitor the reliability of fastening cabinets and shelves, the protection of electrical outlets, windows, doors from head impacts, the inaccessibility of climbing children on window sills, fences on stairwells. Periodically monitor the use of piercing and cutting objects. Monitor the electrical safety of the TSO available in the group (video and audio equipment, filmoscopes, the condition of the cord insulation near the plug, etc.). Do not allow children to collide while running, throwing objects other than balls to each other. Do not allow pranks when performing group exercises and games with fast movements.
